Phase 2 (Start: completion of Phase 1)
- Repurpose court closest to Baypoint Dr. with:
- A bocce court
- Raised beds
- Basketball goal
- Gravel area around bocce court and raised beds.
- Paint basketball area.
Estimated costs are $120,000 for Phase 1 and $9000 for Phase 2. While current Association funds can cover Phase 2 costs, we aim to raise $120,000 to cover the cost of Phase 1. This corresponds to approximately $1000 per Bayshore Association household.
